Chocolate Crunch Pie
- 1 - package (4 serving size) Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie filling
- 1 - cup cold milk
- 3 ½ - cups (8 oz.) Non-Dairy Whipped topping, thawed
- 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, ground into small pieces
- 1 ½ - cups "ROCKS"
Use any combination of chocolate or peanut butter chips,
or chopped nuts
- 1 - (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
PREPARE: pudding mixes with milk as directed on package.
FOLD: in whipping topping. Stir 1-cup cookies and "ROCKS" into pudding mixture.
SPOON: into piecrust. Sprinkle with remaining cookies. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with gummy worms, if desired. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
NOTE: Store leftover pie in freezer.
