Creole Fillets

1 pound fish fillets
1 envelope Lipton Tomato-Onion Recipe Soup Mix
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup water

In medium skillet, melt butter and cook bell pepper until tender. Stir in soup mix blended with water. Add fish, rolled if desired, simmer covered for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.

Makes about 4 servings
