Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Shrimp, boiled in seasoned crab boil, then chill
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with chilled cooked shrimp. Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup of sauce
