Three Bean Salad
- ½ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of garlic powder
- 1 can (16 oz.) green beans, drained
- 1 can (16 oz.) cut wax beans or chickpeas, drained
- 1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
- Lettuce leaves
Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and garlic powder. Add beans and onion, and then toss well.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Tossing occasionally. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
