Waldorf Salad
- 1/3-cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- 2 cups diced unpeeled red apples
- 1 ½ to 2 cups diced celery
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- Lettuce leaves
In salad bowl blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Add apples, celery and walnuts, then toss well.
Serve onto lettuce leaves.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
